The London headquarters of the leading games distributor Atari wanted to improve communications between areas and make the entire space feel lighter. With this in mind, our job was to mix cool colours and finishes to give a modern, light and airy feel to the work space.

The JAS Works Approach
To gain maximum value from the available budget, the design and detailing efforts were focused on the key client-facing areas, including: reception, meeting rooms and product testing.

We immediately improved visual communications between office areas by mounting glass doors and we made sure that any solid screening around equipment was low enough for colleagues to see and communicate with each other.

Project completion
Our transparent approach brought lots more natural light to all areas and significantly transformed the feel of the work space. Atari staff love the new sense of light, space and openness. The use of curved design features throughout helps to create a welcoming environment, drawing visitors into the office space.
